We're looking for a motivated, organized, and tech-savvy sales professional who can drive accessory sales, engage our customer base through proactive outreach, and help us grow our maintenance program.
What You'll Do: Make proactive "Happy Calls" to our customer base to build rapport, upsell accessories, and schedule maintenance appointments.
Engage with customers to identify needs, offer solutions, and convert opportunities into sales.
Maintain and optimize our CRM with accurate customer interactions, lead tracking, and appointment details.
Develop CRM automations and generate actionable sales and performance reports.
Support the sales team with administrative tasks, documentation, and follow-up communications.
Coordinate schedules with office and field teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Assist with marketing campaigns to promote sales and maintenance plans.
Represent Ocean State Air Solutions professionally in every interaction.

What You Bring to the Table: 3+ years of sales or customer service experience, ideally in inside sales or telemarketing.
Exceptional verbal, written, and persuasive communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
Energetic, motivated, and results-oriented personality.
Advanced computer skills with the ability to create CRM automations and generate insightful reports.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities with a focus on results.
Experience in HVAC, construction, or skilled trades industries is a plus.
A customer-first mindset, with the ability to build strong relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
