You will identify, research, and resolve problems while responding to technical support requests from various sources. Your efforts will be documented, tracked, and monitored to ensure timely resolutions. Schedule: This is a hybrid role, requiring in-office attendance four days a week for the first few months. Essential Responsibilities: Deliver outstanding customer service in a friendly and efficient manner to both internal and external customers. Troubleshoot and resolve service requests via phone, in-person, or using remote control tools. Install and configure computer hardware, peripherals, and software as needed. Facilitate hardware repairs or coordinate with third-party providers for necessary repairs. Generate quotes and place orders for hardware and software responsibly and promptly. Document and monitor all service requests within the ticketing system. Maintain confidentiality given access to sensitive information. Exhibit regular, reliable attendance while being adaptable to departmental needs. Adhere to all Medicare, Medicaid, and HIPAA regulations and standards. Comply with all organizational policies, procedures, and regulations. Perform additional duties as assigned. Performance Expectations: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers. Requirements & Competencies: Associate's degree combined with five years of relevant experience, or a comparable combination of education and experience. Ability to work with minimal supervision and guidance. CompTIA A+ or Microsoft Certified Technology Specialist (MCTS) certification preferred. Familiarity with common office hardware and software. Strong multitasking abilities and effective time management skills. Excellent judgment and decision-making capabilities. Willingness to travel up to 25% as needed. Outstanding oral and written communication skills. Interpersonal skills that promote collaboration and teamwork.
