Job Location: Columbus, NE Job Type: Full Time Shift Available: 2nd Compensation: $29.18 - $39.24/hr Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, Vision, and Prescription Drug Insurance Health and Wellness Incentives Paid Vacation and Holidays 401(k) with Cargill matching contributions Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Short-Term Disability and Life Insurance Employee Assistance Program (EAP) Tuition Reimbursement Employee Discounts Key Responsibilities: Troubleshoot advanced electrical systems Program PLCs for various applications Build and install electrical control packages Install, troubleshoot, and repair networking systems Repair and troubleshoot production equipment Read electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic schematics Utilize MRO systems effectively Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area Ensure food safety and quality in all tasks Document daily work in the maintenance management system Use inventory parts for repairs and document usage accordingly Identify problems and suggest operational improvements Required Qualifications: Eligibility to work in the United States without visa sponsorship Aged 18 or older Ability to read and write in the predominant technical language used at the facility Knowledge of hand and power tools Willingness to participate in HAZMAT membership Ability to work independently and collaboratively with other technicians Education in or willingness to complete relevant industrial maintenance courses Preferred Qualifications: Previous experience in industrial maintenance Associate's degree relevant to the maintenance field Please note that this position does not include relocation reimbursement.
