Shift Available: 2nd
Compensation: $34.01/hr during training period of 90 days, escalating to $37.01/hr afterward.

Principal Accountabilities
Perform preventative, predictive, and reactive electrical maintenance throughout the facility.
Maintain accurate documentation of completed work and conditions through maintenance software.
Install, maintain, test, and repair electrical systems, including low, medium, and high voltage components.
Interpret and work from mechanical/electrical schematics, blueprints, and operational manuals.
Adhere to safety policies and maintain a tidy and safe work environment.
Effectively manage equipment repair tasks in proximity to hazardous materials.
Other relevant duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship.
18 years or older.
Proficient in English (both verbal and written).
Basic computer skills.
Capable of physical work including lifting up to 50lbs, bending, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without accommodation.
Able to work at heights and in diverse indoor and outdoor conditions with appropriate Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Minimum of one year experience troubleshooting and maintaining electrical systems.
Experience working in mining environments.
Current ATF certification or willingness to obtain one upon hire.
Flexibility to work overtime, including weekends and holidays with advance notice.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with SAP or a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
Certified Maintenance Reliability Technician (CMRT) certification or willingness to pursue.
Technical diploma in heavy/industrial maintenance or equivalent experience (3 years).
Certifications in Predictive and/or Precision Maintenance.
Experience with high voltage systems.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent work experience.
Important note: Candidates must pass a Ramsay standardized test before being considered.
