Position Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and adaptable ICU Registered Nurse to join a dynamic night shift team. This role requires strong critical thinking skills, at least one year of ICU experience, and the flexibility to float to Telemetry and/or Med-Surg units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in the ICU.

Monitor and assess vital signs, administer medications, and manage life-support systems.

Accurately document patient care and interventions using Epic EMR.

Respond swiftly to emergencies and changes in patient conditions.

Float to Telemetry and Med-Surg units as required (typical 1:5 nurse-to-patient ratio).

Collaborate effectively with physicians and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.

Requirements:

Active and unencumbered RN license.

Minimum 1 year of recent ICU nursing experience required.

Proficiency with Epic EMR.

Flexibility to float to Telemetry and/or Med-Surg units.

BLS and ACLS certifications (facility-specific requirement).
