We are looking for a talented

UX Designer

with SaaS product experience and strong writing skills to help us create intuitive and engaging user experiences for our

SaaS products . We are a

SaaS technology company

that builds brilliant productivity software used by millions globally. To be considered, you must be located in California, Oregon, Washington, Texas, Colorado, Utah, New Jersey, Massachusetts, or North Carolina. Also, you

must be coming from a SaaS company and have at least 3 years of tenure

(versus freelancing and changing jobs every year or 2). Job Duties: Design across the development lifecycle, including user journey maps, user flows, specifications, and wireframes. Write in-product copy, error messages, and user communications, collaborating with marketing and support on supplemental content. Collaborate with engineering and product teams to develop new features. Collect, organize, and analyze customer feedback and product analytics. Use qualitative feedback and quantitative data to inform design decisions and drive business growth. Conduct usability testing and user surveys to identify improvements and test new designs. Plan and design A/B tests to measure impact and experiment with features. Ideal Background: 5+ years of experience as a UX Designer working for a

SaaS product company

(not from an agency or freelancer) At least

3 years of tenure

in their last role at a SaaS product company. A compelling

portfolio

showcasing contributions and measurable impact on a

SaaS product . Strong track record of collaboration with product management, visual design, and engineering teams. Proficiency in design tools and methodologies ( Figma , wireframing, workflow diagramming, prototyping). Excellent writing skills and ability to adapt to house style. Passion for productivity tools and helping teams work effectively. Ability to prioritize and organize multiple projects simultaneously.
