Join our team as a Customer Service Support Specialist Jr. and become a key player in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support. This role is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced environments, enjoy problem-solving, and are passionate about helping clients navigate benefits, payroll, and ACA processes. Key Responsibilities Handle 18-20 inbound and outbound calls daily, providing support and guidance to clients. Follow Open Enrollment and ACA processes. Lead virtual meetings to assist clients with WFN configuration changes. Troubleshoot benefit, carrier connection, and ACA issues. Coordinate with clients and insurance brokers to clarify benefit plan changes. Collect and manage data for Carrier Connection templates. Ensure accurate payroll updates and ACA form approvals. Support internal projects and small payroll initiatives.
