~ Your Role ~

* Conduct assessments and evaluations of patients with developmental disabilities * Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients based on assessment results * Provide behavioral therapy and interventions to patients to address behavioral challenges * Collect and analyze data on patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed * Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to coordinate care and ensure comprehensive treatment * Provide training and support to caregivers and other professionals involved in the patient's care

~ Qualifications ~

* Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification * BACB 8 Hour Supervision Training * Master's Degree in Psychology, Education or Applied Behavior Analysis * Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly children * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Valid Drivers License * Reliable transportation * Pass Level 2 Background Check * Bilingual in Spanish is a plus* * Medicaid Credentialed is a plus*
