The ideal candidate will have a strong background or knowledge in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems, with the ability to diagnose, repair, and maintain various HVAC equipment. Training is available for the right candidate!

*Potential Responsibilities*

* Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. * Diagnose basic to complex issues with HVAC equipment and perform necessary repairs. * Have a basic understanding of schematics to assist with diagnosing equipment. * Utilize tools such as multi-meters and other diagnostic equipment for troubleshooting. * Have a basic understanding of low and line voltage electrical. * Have the ability to use and operate various hand and power tools safely and efficiently. * Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs. * Perform routine maintenance checks on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with other technicians and team members to complete projects efficiently. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment

*Experience/Basic Requirements*

* Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role is preferred. Education in a related field will be considered but is not required. * Mechanical knowledge related to HVAC systems. * Familiarity with air conditioning units, heating systems, and ventilation processes. * Experience in equipment repair and troubleshooting is essential. * Valid driver's license with respectable driving background is required. Must be approved by insurance company. * Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Must be self motivated/driven * Must be able to work safely and efficiently with minimal supervision after training period.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $22.00 - $38.00 per hour
