Overview Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Apprentice HVAC Technicians for projects located in the Decatur, GA area . This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is $22-30/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope: Operate and monitor large-capacity centrifugal chiller units (Trane and York, 1,000-ton each) Oversee the operation of cooling towers, pumps, and related HVAC equipment Adjust system settings to maintain proper chilled water supply temperatures Monitor system status through the Building Management System (BMS) Respond to BMS alarms and out-of-range operating conditions in a timely and efficient manner Document system performance and report anomalies to supervisory staff Support preventative maintenance and troubleshooting efforts as needed
