Job Overview: SRW Cooling and Heating, Inc. is seeking a skilled HVAC Install Technician to join our dedicated team in Destin, FL. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional who is passionate about delivering high-quality HVAC installations and service. You'll install, troubleshoot, and maintain residential and light commercial HVAC systems, all while working in a supportive, family-like environment.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:- Installations: Lead HVAC installations in residential and light commercial settings.- Service & Maintenance: Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including furnaces, air conditioners, and heat pumps.- Troubleshooting: Identify and resolve system malfunctions accurately and efficiently.- System Inspections: Conduct routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure peak system performance.- Customer Service: Clearly communicate with customers, explaining issues and solutions in a friendly, professional manner.- Documentation: Keep detailed and accurate service records and work orders.

Qualifications:- 5+ years of experience as an HVAC installer/technician.- EPA 608 Certification (or willingness to obtain); additional HVAC certifications preferred.- Strong knowledge of residential and light commercial HVAC systems.- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in attics, basements, rooftops, and other challenging environments.- Excellent communication and customer service skills.- Reliable, motivated self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Work Schedule:- Full-Time: Monday - Friday, with overtime opportunities.- Rotating weekly after-hours on-call shifts
