We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented HVAC Inspections Technician to perform thorough inspections, diagnostics, and performance checks on residential and light commercial HVAC systems. The ideal candidate has strong technical skills, a keen eye for detail, and excellent customer service abilities. *Responsibilities* * Conduct routine and scheduled HVAC inspections per company and industry standards * Assess system performance and identify potential issues or code violations. This may include doing a full inspection of all operating components of a heating, air conditioning and or ventilation systems. * Document inspection findings clearly and accurately * Provide recommendations for repairs, maintenance, or system upgrades * Work with dispatch and service teams to coordinate follow-up services * Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company procedures * Maintain inspection tools and equipment in working order * Assist in the Install, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems including heating units, air conditioning units, and ventilation systems. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and concerns regarding their HVAC systems. * Maintain accurate records of service performed, parts used, and any recommendations for future maintenance. * Collaborate with other technicians and staff to ensure efficient operation within the team. * Work on various tasks within the shop if needed. * Adhere to safety protocols while working on-site or in the shop to maintain a safe work environment.

*Requirements* * Proven experience as an HVAC Technician or similar role in the field service industry. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot and repair various HVAC equipment. * Familiarity with property maintenance practices is preferred. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail. * Strong communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. * Valid driver's license may be required for travel between job sites. * Acceptable driving record * Must be able to pass a basic background check/screening * Relevant certifications or licenses in HVAC are helpful but not required.

Pay: $20.00 - $35.00 per hour
