This is an entry-level position with opportunities to learn and grow in the HVAC industry. Key Responsibilities : Assist in the installation and maintenance of heating and cooling systems. Help with the installation of ductwork, refrigerant lines, and other HVAC components. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Support lead installers in daily tasks and job site preparation. Follow company safety protocols and guidelines. Communicate effectively with team members and customers to ensure a high-quality service experience. Qualifications : Reliable transportation to work sites. Previous experience in HVAC is preferred. HVAC trade school completion certificate is preferred. Construction or mechanical work experience is a plus. Ability to work as part of a team. Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn.
