Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Human Resources Coordinator to join our team in the Healthcare industry. This is a permanent role that offers an exciting opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization's success. As the HR Coordinator, you will be the cornerstone of our HR department, managing all aspects of HR operations and systems. This includes but is not limited to, interviewing, new hire orientation, employee relations, benefits administration, and compliance with labor laws. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success.
Responsibilities: 1. Coordinating the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and managing the new hire orientation process. 2. Developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy. 3. Supporting the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures. 4. Managing employee relations, including resolving issues and addressing grievances. 5. Overseeing benefits administration and ensuring compliance with labor laws. 6. Assisting in performance management processes. 7. Maintaining employee records according to policy and legal requirements. 8. Participating in the development of organizational plans and goals that impact important company-wide decisions.
Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 2+ years of experience in Human Resources, preferably in the Healthcare industry. 2. Proven experience in conducting interviews and managing the new hire orientation process. 3. Strong knowledge of HR systems and databases. 4. Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills. 5. In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices. 6. Ability to build and effectively manage interpersonal relationships at all levels of the company. 7. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities. 8. Degree in Human Resources or related field is preferred.
