Gpac is working with a food manufacturing company  near La Crosse, Wisconsin  that is seeking an HR Business Partner who will work directly with senior leadership. The ideal candidate will have:

5+ years in HR, with a strong background in employee relations and strategic HR advising Proven strategic partnership experience with business leaders through HR initiatives (not the day-to-day tasks) Ability to coach leadership through performance management, complex employee relations, and change initiatives Proven experience recruiting and onboarding senior/executive talent Strong understanding of DEI, employment law, and risk mitigation Experience leading confidential investigations Confident navigating organizational change, talent reviews, and succession planning Professionalism, discretion, and strategic mindset Bachelor’s degree preferred in Business or HR related field Knowledge of the food industry preferred Ability to travel to different CROPP locations as needed; regional or national travel may also be required Ability to work nights and weekends as needed, with ability to start working at 4:30am two days a week to support 3rd shift employees.
