What You’ll Do
Be a Strategic Partner
Partner directly with business leaders to align talent strategies with operational goals.
Anticipate challenges, recommend solutions, and keep our teams focused and future ready.
Influence decisions with confidence and data-driven insights.
Drive Talent Acquisition
Lead talent acquisition initiatives to identify top industry candidates
Support sales and operational strategies by minimizing staff vacancies.
Assertively research, engage, and hire top talent via job boards and social media platforms – don’t wait for them to find us, locate and engage high potential candidates
Manage end to end employee benefits – from company benefit selection to employee enrollments, support, and maintenance.
Identify and recommend benefits that support employee wellbeing while driving company retention
Be a benefits guru and a resource for employee benefit inquiries
Build Talent & Drive Performance
Champion performance management, coaching, and employee development programs that drive growth.
Identify talent gaps and take the lead on action plans, development pathways, and succession strategies.
Energize our leaders with clear, proactive support that helps teams perform at their best through learning and development programs.
Empower People & Shape Culture
Be a go-to advisor for managers and employees—addressing employee relations concerns, solving challenges, navigating change, and strengthening team dynamics.
Lead initiatives that drive engagement, belonging, and a resilient, people-first culture.
Turn insights into action—using feedback, metrics, and your own observations to drive continuous improvement.
Take Charge of Benefits Administration
Manage end to end employee benefits – from company benefit selection to employee enrollments, support, and maintenance.

Leverage HR Data & Insights
Use data to identify trends, build dashboards, and support decisions with real-time workforce intelligence.

Ensure Compliance & Consistency
Apply best practices and current employment law to ensure fairness, equity, and compliance across all touchpoints.
