Your Impact as a Housekeeping/Laundry Supervisor
In this role, you will:
- Lead the Team: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate housekeeping and laundry staff
- Schedule Efficiently: Create department schedules in accordance with census and labor budgets
- Manage Inventory: Order and manage supply levels while maintaining budget controls
- Ensure Cleanliness: Perform and oversee cleaning duties such as mopping, dusting, vacuuming, polishing, and disinfecting
- Inspect and Monitor: Conduct routine inspections for sanitation, infection control, and cleanliness compliance
- Train Staff: Provide task-specific instruction to ensure safe and effective cleaning and laundry techniques
- Support Daily Operations: Ensure consistent delivery of linens and personal laundry, and keep supply rooms stocked
