Our Hospice Human Resources Managers enjoy some notable benefits:

• Salary - $70,000 - $85,000 annually, based on experience.

• Consistent Hours - Monday-Friday, 8 AM-5 PM.

As a Hospice Human Resources Manager, here's a big picture view of what you'll do:

• Serve as the primary HR point of contact for the Gold River care center, partnering with leadership to ensure smooth HR operations.

• Oversee the full employee lifecycle, including recruiting support, onboarding, payroll, benefits administration, and offboarding.

• Manage HRIS functions, ensuring accurate employee records and timely reporting.

• Support compliance tracking for licenses, certifications, and required trainings.

• Provide guidance on employee relations, performance management, and policy interpretation.

• Foster a positive work environment through engagement initiatives, recognition programs, and effective communication.

A few must-haves for a Hospice Human Resources Manager:

• Four (4) year college degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.

• Five (5) years of progressive human resources experience, preferably in healthcare or a related field.

• Proficiency in payroll and HRIS systems (ADP preferred).

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
