Your Role: As a PRN Speech Language Pathologist, you’ll help patients communicate more effectively and improve swallowing and cognitive skills all from the comfort of their homes. Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

Develop and implement personalized care plans

Provide direct therapy services to patients in a home health setting

Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and strategies

Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other therapists

Maintain timely and accurate documentation

Travel locally to patient homes

What You Need:

Active Speech Language Pathology license in the state of Texas

Graduate of an accredited SLP program (Master’s required)

Current CPR Certification

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation

Proof of auto liability insurance

Strong communication and documentation skills

Previous home health experience is a plus but not required
