Flexible Hours Available: Monday - Friday Weekends Part-time, Full-time, and PRN hours available Key Responsibilities: Independently assess and enhance the quality of client care. Visit clients to provide skilled nursing interventions aimed at achieving positive health outcomes. Act as an advocate for clients and their families. Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluate the health status of your assigned clients. Collaborate with clients and their families, as well as other healthcare team members, to establish and review care plans. Administer medications and IV therapy, and educate clients/families on self-administration. Ensure a safe home environment by evaluating client conditions and initiating appropriate interventions. Coordinate services and maintain accurate client records and clinical notes. Adhere to established safety and infection control practices.
