we've got options. What You'll Do as a Home Health Aide (HHA): Personal Care : Assist with daily activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting. Emotional Support : Provide companionship and emotional encouragement, helping clients maintain a positive outlook. Mobility Assistance : Aid clients with mobility using Hoyer lifts and Sit-to-Stand devices (experience preferred but not required). Follow Care Plans : Work closely with nurses, therapists, and doctors to provide care as outlined in individual care plans. Maintain Environment : Keep the home environment clean, safe, and supportive of each client's needs. Documentation : Accurately record patient care and report any changes in condition to the care team.
