Assisting Hands Home Care is looking for compassionate, caring, and reliable home caregivers to provide 1-on-1 support to seniors and individuals in need. Our caregivers help clients maintain their independence, dignity, and safety at home.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) such as bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting
  • Provide mobility assistance and transfers as needed
  • Prepare and serve meals according to dietary needs
  • Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, general tidying)
  • Offer companionship and emotional support
  • Monitor and report changes in the clients condition
  • Follow care plans and communicate regularly with care coordinators and family members
Qualifications
  • Positive attitude, compassion, and a true desire to help others
  • Reliable transportation, valid drivers license, and current auto insurance
  • Physically able to lift/push/pull 35 lbs., bend, twist, stoop, kneel, and reach
  • At least 1 year of experience as a caregiver, home health aide, CNA, or in an assisted living or home care setting
  • Mon - Fri + Sat and/or Sun
Caregivers Responsibilities:

  • Follow detailed care plans and daily routines
  • Document care provided and report any changes in condition
