Position Summary In this rewarding role, youll manage the respiratory needs of medically complex individuals while building lasting relationships and improving livesall while working independently and supported by a collaborative team. Key Responsibilities Perform comprehensive respiratory assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Manage oxygen therapy, ventilators, nebulizers, and related equipment Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed Educate patients and caregivers on respiratory care routines and equipment Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation Collaborate with nurses, physicians, and interdisciplinary care teams Respond to clinical emergencies and participate in evacuation procedures when necessary

What Youll Need Active Florida RRT license, or CRT license with 10+ years of experience Current BLS/CPR certification (ACLS preferred) Minimum 2 years of respiratory therapy experience (acute care preferred) Recent TB test and physical (within the last 12 months) Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively Home health or ID/DD experience is a plus
