Federal Law Enforcement Role We are seeking skilled professionals to fill the position of Federal Police Officers. This diverse group will be responsible for maintaining law and order, upholding justice, and ensuring public safety. Key Responsibilities: Protective Services: Provide security for high-profile locations in the Washington, D.C. area, including government buildings, embassies, and other sensitive sites. Travel Support: Accompany presidential and foreign missions, ensuring the safety and security of individuals and assets. Law Enforcement: Enforce protective responsibilities under Title 18, United States Code, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. Requirements: Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen. Driver's License: Possess a current valid U.S. driver's license. Age: Be at least 20 years old and less than 37 years old at the time of employment. Firearm Proficiency: Carry and use a firearm with mandatory proficiency training. Visual Acuity: Meet strict visual acuity requirements. Hearing Tests: Pass rigorous hearing tests. Drug Testing: Undergo random drug testing. Training: Complete intensive training at FLETC and specialized training at James J. Rowley Training Center. Selective Service: Certify registration with the Selective Service System or exemption status.
