Protective Services Role We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated professionals to fill the position of Protective Service Officers. This challenging role requires individuals who can provide protection for high-profile locations, travel extensively in support of presidential and foreign dignitaries, and enforce mandated protective responsibilities as described under Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A. Key Responsibilities: Providing security services for The White House Complex, foreign diplomatic missions and embassies in the Washington, D.C. area, and other sensitive locations. Traveling with presidential and foreign heads of state/government on official business. Executing protective duties as outlined in Title 18, United States Code, Section 3056A. Requirements: Must be a U.S. citizen. Hold a current valid U.S. driver's license. Meet age requirements (at least 20 and less than 37 years old or have previous service in a Federal Civilian Law Enforcement position). Possess firearm proficiency and be willing to carry a firearm. Pass vision and hearing tests. Participate in random drug testing while occupying the position. Complete intensive training at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center and specialized training at the James J. Rowley Training Center. Certify registration with the Selective Service System (if applicable).
