* ASAP - ongoing * Scheduled Clinic Hours + Call * Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. * Call Coverage: 2-3 days each week, with a weekend call rotation once every ten weeks

Clinical Details:

* Practice Setting: Outpatient, Inpatient * Call Type: Beeper, with a 15-minute response time required * EMR System: Epic * Support Staff: Oncology nurses specially trained and licensed in oncology education * Responsibilities include:

* Patient examination and treatment administration * Supportive care plans and symptom management * Patient monitoring and communication * New patient consults for hematologic and oncologic referrals * Hospital rounds and call coverage

* Access to the latest advancements in cancer treatment, including clinical trials and cutting-edge diagnostic technologies * Cancer resource center and URAC accredited on-site specialty pharmacy * Psycho-social support and survivorship care * Genetic testing, early detection, genetic counseling, education, and support services * Multidisciplinary team approach including radiation oncology, surgical oncology, breast oncology, gynecologic oncology, colorectal surgery, etc. * Oncology infusion located within the same facility

Requirements:

* Board Certification: Eligible * Fellowship: Preferred * Licensure: Licensed in OK or IMLC * Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS
