About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Sales to join their team at a pivotal stage of growth. The successful candidate will be responsible for building and scaling the outbound sales function from the ground up, with a focus on high-value enterprise deals. This hands-on role involves leading and closing sales, hiring and coaching a sales team, and aligning sales efforts with go-to-market and product strategy. The Head of Sales will also be expected to represent the company at major industry events and work closely with leadership on growth targets and revenue planning.
Applicants for the Head of Sales position should have a minimum of 7 years' B2B SaaS sales experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role. Experience in enterprise sales within the financial services, insurance, or similar sectors is essential, as is a proven track record in building outbound sales strategies and teams. The role requires a candidate with strong business acumen, strategic thinking, and the ability to directly close deals. While not mandatory, a background in SMS, CCaaS, or marketing automation tools, as well as experience selling to marketing or RevOps teams, is considered a plus. The ideal candidate will also have an existing book of enterprise relationships and a history of early-stage growth and team building.
