You will manage a team of Marketing Operations professionals and have direct responsibility for the following operational disciplines: Analytics & Reporting, Lead Management, Financial Management, Business Management, Marketing Technology, and People Engagement and Optimization. You will also act as a Chief of Staff to the Director of NAMER Marketing. This is a data-driven role that has the opportunity to influence marketing programs and the type of data the team looks at to make strategic decisions. The base pay for this position ranges from $127,600/year in our lowest geographic market up to $223,400/year in our highest geographic market.
