About the Role
The Company is seeking a Head of Growth Marketing to spearhead its global marketing strategy with a focus on the U.S. market. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining the marketing vision, building the roadmap, and leading the execution of various marketing functions, including brand strategy, messaging, demand generation, events, paid media, public relations, and content development. This role demands a strategic and hands-on leader with a proven track record in full-funnel B2B marketing, particularly in a consulting or services environment catering to enterprise technology clients. The Head of Growth Marketing will also be instrumental in shaping the company's presentation to technical buyers and developing systems that ensure consistent, measurable growth.
Applicants must have a minimum of 10 years' B2B marketing experience, with a strong emphasis on the U.S. market and a deep understanding of senior decision-makers in product, engineering, or design functions at software product companies. The role requires a leader who can generate marketing-driven sales pipeline, manage both internal teams and external vendors, and has a strong editorial and content instinct. Hands-on experience with CRM and marketing automation tools, particularly HubSpot, is essential. The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a fast-paced, remote-first environment and have a history of producing impactful marketing campaigns and events. Exposure to ABM strategies, experience in running executive events, and a background in PR and brand campaigns are considered advantageous.
