CONCESSION MANAGER

Summary: Responsible for overseeing concession operations for district activities including setup and cleaning of concession areas and equipment, and training concessions workers.

• Self-directed with ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously so tasks are completed in a reasonable manner.
• Strong logistics/scheduling, communication, & decision making skills.
• Effective, professional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to establish and maintain effective, professional working relationships with district employees, the general public, and outside agencies.
• Need to obtain ServSafe Food Safety certificate within three months of hire.
• Possess valid Iowa driver's license with a driving record acceptable to the district's insurance carrier to operate district vehicles and equipment.
• Prior experience in a supervisory capacity.
• Regular attendance is required.
• Technology literate
