Overview:
The primary focus of the Graphic Designer role is to conceptualize, design, and produce compelling visual materials that align with brand guidelines and support marketing initiatives across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities: Develop high-end graphic designs using images, illustrations, and typography that reflect the creative brief and brand vision. Work with 3D product files to produce photorealistic renders for use across print and digital media. Attend pre-production meetings that align visual direction with brand objectives and project requirements. Partner closely with the Sr. Graphic Designer to present multiple design concepts for review; efficiently implement feedback and revisions while maintaining creative integrity and meeting deadlines. Create original designs for a variety of marketing materials, including (but not limited to) catalogs, brochures, packaging, promotional swag, and digital/web content. Ensure all creative outputs are visually compelling, on-brand, and meet project specifications and campaign goals. Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meet deadlines, and provide progress updates to stakeholders. Maintain and organize the company's digital asset library by properly tagging and archiving files for easy access. Utilize advanced knowledge of DSLR photography and RAW editing; attend on-site and off-site photo/video shoots as needed. Stay up to date on industry trends, tools, and design techniques. Apply new knowledge to enhance existing and future projects. Qualifications & Skills: Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, XD); After Effects is a plus. Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and color theory. Understanding of 3D modeling and rendering; experience with KeyShot Studio is a plus. Creative thinker with the ability to visually communicate complex ideas. Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy. Excellent time management, multitasking, and organizational skills. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Optimization mindset with a passion for process improvement. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team. Education and/or Experience: Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design, or equivalent combination of education and experience. 3+ years of experience in graphic design. Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, with knowledge of digital SLR photography and 3D rendering. Experience producing printed publications using InDesign, along with a working knowledge of commercial printing methods and file preparation (sheetfed and web press). Understanding of web design principles in terms of modern best practices practices and responsiveness. Must complete Chauvet University Modules 1-4

Working Conditions:
Work is performed primarily in a standard office environment, but may involve exposure to moderate noise levels from printers and other peripherals. Some schedule flexibility is a plus, as hours can vary, including some evenings and/or weekends.
