Graphic Designer / Web Marketer Position Available We are seeking an enthusiastic graphic designer with a strong interest in the web. This new team member will passionately craft visual experiences for websites, print materials, and other marketing pieces, with a goal of maximizing the user experience of our clients and their customers. Responsibilities Execute all visual design stages of marketing assets from concept through final production Create wireframes, prototypes, and complete website design for internal and client-based projects Manage and lead marketing efforts for company promotion through multiple online verticals Digital/social media content development for Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and website Work directly with clients on implementation, change requests, and marketing support needs Develop branding assets and other public-facing marketing material for greatest exposure Promote design guidelines, best practices and standards for greatest consistency Grow user experience and conversion optimization within all media designs Skills We Are Looking For Excellent visual design skills with sensitivity to user-system interaction Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, and/or InDesign Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and strong desire to stay up-to-date with the latest web trends, techniques and technologies Ability to create modern, call-to-action based graphics for print and web Solve multiple design problems creatively and effectively Confidently communicate with team members and clients Organized and self-motivated with a positive team-centric attitude Curiosity and desire to learn unfamiliar topics Nice to Have Responsive design and mobile optimization techniques and best practices Illustration and photography skills Experience with writing content related to real estate and technology Working knowledge of online marketing through Facebook Ads, Google Adwords, and other verticals Who We Are Onjax is a vibrant, small team environment focused on partnering with real estate professionals to deliver remarkable experiences with customers through technology.
