ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Create technical proposals and quotes.
Create and manage to project timelines.
Conduct feasibility and capacity studies to determine project viability and schedule.
Provide technical support to customers and act as a technical liaison.
Participate in trade shows and networking events.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS: Excellent communication skills.
Ability to provide technical presentations to all levels in an organization.
Proficiency in MS Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, etc.).
Working knowledge of SolidWorks.
Proficient at reading drawings with an understanding of GD&T.
Strong project management skills and the ability to run multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team.
Solid understanding of, and experience with, root cause analysis.
BS in Engineering or related technical discipline.
2-5 years of experience in a similar role.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS: Ability to move about a large manufacturing facility.
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
Must be able to lift, push, and pull up to 50 pounds.
Must be able to wear PPE as necessary (safety glasses, hearing protection, steel toe shoes, etc.).
WORK ENVIRONMENT :
Time is spent equally between a typical office environment and a manufacturing environment with no major sources of discomfort. Essentially normal controlled working environments with noise levels within acceptable safety limits and acceptable lighting and temperature conditions.
TRAVEL Occasional domestic travel may be required ( WORK AUTHORIZATION/SECURITY CLEARANCE : U.S. Government Security Clearance at the appropriate level
