Lead client accounts – advising and responsible for the account management of global activities.
Develop and manage account plans, service execution and budgets with cross-functional teams.
Serve as the primary client contact, responsible for the relationship, managing expectations and ensuring exceptional service delivery.
Provide strategic insights on benefit plan design, governance, and funding.
Develop junior consultants and support their professional development.
Oversee client engagement, profitability, invoicing, and ensure accurate use of enablers e.g. our Navigator technology platform.
Participate in business development activities to grow the practice.
Maintain a professional, trusted advisor presence with clients and colleagues.
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field required.
8+ years of experience in global HR benefits and compensation, with a strong track record in consulting for multinational organizations.
Proven ability to manage multiple clients, timelines, and deliverables effectively.
Exceptional client relationship management, interpersonal, and team collaboration skills.
Strong verbal and written communication with a polished, professional presence.
Confident decision-maker with the ability to assess complex situations and determine appropriate solutions.
Active listener with a deep understanding of client needs and objectives.
Skilled in resolving complex issues and knowing when to escalate.
Strong analytical thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
Passion for contributing to a growing team and shaping the future of the Global Benefits Practice.
Willingness to travel as needed.
International work/living experience and foreign language skills are a plus.
