*Duties*
* Oversee daily operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness in service delivery. * Manage budgeting processes to maintain financial health and profitability. * Train, mentor, and develop staff to foster a high-performing team environment. * Implement food management practices to ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. * Coordinate banquet services, including menu planning and event execution. * Utilize Aloha POS system for managing transactions and reporting. * Enhance customer service experiences by addressing concerns and feedback promptly. * Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure quality food preparation and presentation. * Maintain inventory control for food and beverage supplies, including bar management.

* Strong background in food service management with a focus on quality control. * Proficient in budgeting techniques to manage operational costs effectively. * Experience in staff training and team management to cultivate a positive workplace culture. * Excellent customer service skills with the ability to resolve issues efficiently. * Knowledge of banquet operations, including event coordination and menu development. * Familiarity with Aloha POS system for streamlined operations. * Ability to work collaboratively with kitchen staff, including cooks, to ensure seamless service delivery.
