Join a reputable hospital in Des Moines, Iowa, looking for an inpatient locum to perm gastroenterology physician. This facility is committed to providing quality healthcare and serves a diverse patient population. You will become part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence in patient care.

• Provide hospital-based coverage for gastroenterology services.
• Conduct ERCP procedures; EUS experience is highly preferred.
• Perform 3-4 outpatient procedures daily, alongside inpatient procedures and consults.
• Handle 24-hour call shifts from 7 a.m. to 7 a.m.
• Maintain documentation using EMR (Cerner).

• Must be interested in locum to perm opportunities.
• Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible within 3 years of Residency - REQUIRED.
• Active Iowa License or IMLC - REQUIRED.
• ACLS Certification - REQUIRED.
• Willing to work inpatient settings - REQUIRED.
• ERCP skills - REQUIRED.
• EUS skills - highly preferred.
• COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED.
• Clean malpractice and background history - strongly preferred.

• Active Iowa Medical License or IMLC.
• ACLS Certification.
