Key Responsibilities We have openings for full-time, part-time, and per diem shifts! As a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN), your responsibilities will include (but are not limited to): Supporting CNAs in performing Activities of Daily Living (ADL) and routine care. Conducting patient treatments and monitoring resident health. Administering medications according to physician orders and Plan of Care. Processing pharmacy orders to ensure medication availability. Documenting and recording all patient information accurately. Administering injections as prescribed by healthcare providers. Monitoring vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and weight. Providing basic care, including wound cleaning and bandaging. Managing IV therapies and starting IV drips when necessary. Keeping track of residents' fluid and food intake and output. Observing and reporting any accidents, incidents, or skin breakdowns. Assisting in the admissions process as directed.
