You'll work in coordination with physicians and healthcare professionals to ensure high-quality care and the best possible outcomes for patients and their families. Key Responsibilities: Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in line with organizational policies. Conduct thorough assessments and document findings accurately, reporting any changes in patient conditions. Administer medications and monitor for side effects while documenting in accordance with standards. Assist physicians during procedures, acting within scope and competency. Engage in life-saving interventions and respond to emergencies as necessary. Advocate for patients’ rights and needs throughout care delivery. Provide education to patients and families on health conditions and care plans. Maintain a clean and safe environment while following infection control protocols. Engage in continuous professional development and participate in performance improvement initiatives. Perform emergency procedures as required and follow all protocols rigorously. Complete other duties as assigned to support departmental operations. Qualifications: 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or relevant student clinical rotations. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Understanding of the nursing process and clinical practices. Strong assessment skills with effective communication abilities. Proficiency in medication administration and monitoring. Effective collaboration with interdisciplinary teams. Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail. Knowledge of safety standards and quality improvement practices. Licenses and Certifications: Current RN licensure (State Licensure and/or Compact State Licensure).
