We are seeking an outgoing and reliable Front Office Coordinator/Receptionist to join a dynamic Law firm in La Jolla. As the first point of contact, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive first impression for their clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will be outgoing, detail oriented with a positive attitude and able to provide exceptional customer service in a fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome clients and visitors with a warm, friendly demeanor
Answer and direct phone calls promptly and professionally
Manage incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Maintain the reception area, ensuring it is clean and presentable
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Assist with administrative tasks as needed
Additional Details: Location: La Jolla (UTC)
Pay: $25-$28/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
Duration: DIRECT HIRE
Qualifications: Previous experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer-facing role
Experience in the Legal industry would be a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
High school diploma or equivalent
