A Kforce client is seeking a FP&A Manager to join their team in Newton, MA. This client is a beverage company with a great culture. Responsibilities will include: * Support the development of budgets, forecasts, and financial plans * Help onboard and optimize financial tools * Prepare and analyze financial reports, KPIs, and profitability metrics. Identify trends and provide recommendations * Conduct -what-if- analyses to evaluate pricing strategies and strategic initiatives * Contribute to process enhancements and financial projects * Assist in managing planning cycles and mentoring junior team members* Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field * MBA/CPA is a plus * 5-7 years of FP&A experience, ideally in consumer goods or food & beverage industry * Strong analytical skills * Advanced Excel and financial modeling expertise * Experience a planning tool is preferred, NetSuite is ideal * Visualization tool experience is preferred
