They expect to have 25 employees within the next year.The company will pay salary up to $300k, plus equity (roughly 1% of the company) which could be very lucrative.Job responsibilities:- You could spend anywhere from 50-100% of your time on backend engineering.- Designing scalable solutions and shipping features for a production-ready voice agent platform.- Leading initiatives across backend, front end, and infrastructure, with opportunities for high ownership and growth.- Collaborating closely with designers and other engineers throughout the design and implementation phases.Qualifications:- Strong work ethic and fine working 50-60 hours/week.- Programming language agnostic and interested/able to learn and use new technologies as needed.- Experience from fast-growing startups or top tech companies.- Strong technical skills in at least one of these technologies: Node.js, TypeScript, Python, C++, Java, C#, Go, Ruby, C, PHP.- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.Nice to have:- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from a highly ranked university.- Experience building AI products.About Skyrocket VenturesSkyrocket Ventures is a recruiting firm for hundreds of high growth technology companies that range from industry leaders to top-tier startups.
