The Support role encompasses the responsibilities of food runner/busser OR barback. Food runners/bussers contributes to an enjoyable dining experience by quickly and accurately delivering orders from the kitchen to the customer. They are also expected to clean and set tables for future customers or ensuring the bar is set up for success while bringing a positive energy and a team player mindset Barbacks help the bar run smoothly by stocking liquors, refilling garnishes, stocking glassware and filling/empty the dishwasher, as well as communicating with customers as needed.

Knowledge/Skills: Positive attitude and ability to work well under pressure with all co-workers Able to perform high-quality work Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deliver orders in a timely manner Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time Willing to follow instructions and ask questions for clarification if needed Qualifications: An individual in a Food Runner/Busser role must be at least 16 An individualin a Barback role must be at least 18 Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to go up and down stairs The ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment Flexibility to work a variety of shifts Ability to stand for extended periods of time Must be willing to work some weekends and holidays Great communication and listening skills Ability to follow directions
