Your Role At Baxter The Production Test Technician is responsible for performing fluid testing on the Spectrum Pump to ensure product integrity.
What You'll Be Doing Performing Flow Rate Accuracy
Performing Flow Rate Error
Performing ITP 35700
Recording results of the fluid testing without error
Programming the pump
Maintaining equipment
Communicating concerns immediately to Repair Cell Leader
What You'll Bring HS Diploma or GED is required
Excellent attendance and reliability
Able to follow written and verbal instructions in English
Knowledge and working application of standard operating procedures
Ability to transfer data without error
Ability to work on their feet for extended hours
Must have legible hand writing skills.
Good time management skills

Physical Requirements: Dynamic Lifting capability: Must have the ability to lift and carry to 15 pounds. Must also have the capability to push and pull a maximum force of 5 pounds.
Work Environment This is a manufacturing environment regulated by the FDA and many other work rules to prevent damage to the product we manufacture. Some of those work rules include but are not limited to:
Wearing a static protective smock at all times while in the work area
Wearing a ground wrist strap and plugging that wrist strap into the working table.
Working in close proximity to other employees.
Working in an environment that is temperature and humidity controlled.
