Continental Manor, a welcoming long-term care facility, is looking for a Floor Tech / Maintenance team member to help maintain our beautiful facility and support our residents’ comfort. What You’ll Do:

Maintain and clean floors, carpets, and common areas

Assist with general facility maintenance, repairs, and upkeep

Support the team with light handyman tasks as needed

Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents and staff

What We’re Looking For:

Previous maintenance or janitorial experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate

Ability to lift, bend, and perform physical tasks safely

Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality

Team player with a positive attitude
