Key Responsibilities: Execute floor maintenance tasks, including cleaning, buffing, and refinishing in resident rooms, common areas, and administrative offices. Safely and effectively operate floor care equipment. Document floor care activities and relay maintenance or safety issues to supervisors. Adhere to infection control protocols and universal precautions to maintain a sanitary environment. Engage positively with residents, staff, and visitors, ensuring excellent customer service. Perform any other duties as assigned by management. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous experience in floor care is a plus but not mandatory. Maintain a positive attitude and communicate effectively with residents, healthcare staff, and management. Compliance with COVID-19 vaccination requirements. Capability to lift or carry up to 50 pounds, as well as push/pull, stand, sit, bend, and walk for extended periods. Ability to perform routine and repetitive tasks consistently. Comfortable working with food and cleaning supplies. Proficient in following both oral and written instructions. Residency within the service area is required. Ready to Make a Difference?
