Job Responsibilities Providing compassionate nursing care as an LPN in local post-acute facilities Monitoring residents' physical and mental conditions and tracking vital signs Performing resident intakes and documenting medical histories and health concerns Administering and verifying medications, tracking usage and effects Maintaining a safe and comfortable environment for residents Tracking medical records and documentation Assisting with IV setups, immunizations, and phlebotomy Managing medical supplies and maintaining inventory Following resident care plans diligently Guiding the orientation and training of new staff Qualifications and Skills Current Pennsylvania state license to practice as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) Completion of an approved Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) educational program High school diploma, GED, or equivalent At least 6 months of relevant experience ( LPN or similar role) Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs If you are seeking a nursing position that supports both your professional growth and your personal life, we would love to hear from you.
