Position: The Sales Associate assists the General Manager with membership sales, acquisition, and retention. Fitness knowledge is preferred but not required; sales experience is essential.

Requirements / Experience:

Excellent sales, communication, and customer service skills

Goal-oriented with the ability to meet sales targets

Ability to learn and operate the Club Ready software system

Ability to stand or sit for up to 8 hours

Fluent in English with excellent communication skills in person, phone, and email

Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

Proficient computer skills

Full-time or part-time with night and weekend availability

Duties:

Generate leads, follow up, and convert for memberships and classes

Conduct facility tours, establishing relationships and assessing needs

Maintain personal sales targets

Promote the clubs objectives as a fitness and wellness provider

Present services to current and prospective members

Book appointments to meet sales quotas

Participate in community events and promotions

Develop sales skills continually

Other duties as assigned

Compensation & Benefits:

Competitive base salary based on experience and performance

Commission on sales

Potential to earn over $60K including salary, commissions, and bonuses
