We are hiring for a Financial Services Associate near Elkhart Lake, WI. This is an important addition to a successful professional services firm. You will support the team with a focus on administrative responsibilities and also assist with some tax and accounting work. If you have recently graduated with your degree and/or have a few years experience, this could be a good fit for you.

Financial Services Associate Responsibilities: Create new client profiles in database and make necessary changes to accounts

Utilize multiple software platforms as well as take inbound calls

Provide customer service to client inquiries as well as conduct necessary research

Schedule appointments and provide reporting as needed

Participate in tax and accounting tasks

Requirements: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or related field

Professional, well-spoken, and detail oriented

Comfortable working in softwares including MS Office Suite

Able to work collaboratively and independently
