Job Description
Join our dynamic Investments Finance team as a Financial Analysis Consultant. In this role, you'll collaborate across Investments, Human Resources, and Corporate Treasury & Planning to deliver expense and headcount reporting, perform variance analysis, and support the annual expense planning and forecasting process. Your expertise will be vital in addressing financial inquiries across Investments Finance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategic Planning: Assist in managing the current year plan and developing future operating expense plans with input from business partners.
Collaborative Partnerships: Build and strengthen relationships within Investments to manage expenses and generate insightful reports.
Headcount Coordination: Monitor headcount for Investments and collaborate with HR to ensure accurate reporting of open roles.
Trend Analysis: Track expenses for emerging trends, keep leadership informed, and recommend improvements.
Process Optimization: Manage and enhance processes, models, and data, providing strategic recommendations.
Expense Resolution: Identify and resolve miscoded expenses promptly.
Cost Reduction: Develop and implement strategies to reduce operating expenses.

This role does not include supervisory duties.
Education and Experience
Preferred: Bachelor's Degree
Preferred: 2+ years of experience
Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.

Compensation
Salary range: $50,700 - $89,062.50 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
