The Role We are looking for a highly skilled Finance Manager/Senior Accountant to lead our finance function. This is a hands-on leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of financial operations, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in healthcare finance, particularly in revenue cycle management.
What Youll Do - Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial close processes. - Prepare and present GAAP-compliant financial statements. - Maintain books of accounts on both accrual and cash basis. - Manage accounts payable and vendor relationships. - Oversee accounts receivable and optimize collections. - Handle payroll processing and compliance with labor laws. - Lead tax planning and compliance (federal, state, and sales tax). - Coordinate with auditors to ensure timely completion of audited financials. - Manage banking relationships and cash flow forecasting. - Oversee customer contract financial terms and revenue recognition. - Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis. - Ensure internal controls and regulatory compliance (SOX, HIPAA). - Supervise and mentor accounting staff.
What Were Looking For - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred). - Over 5 years of progressive financial leadership experience, preferably in healthcare or revenue cycle management (RCM). - Strong knowledge of GAAP, financial modeling, and QuickBooks. Significant experience of at least 7 years in the following areas: Accounts Payable, Vendor Management, Accounts Receivable Management, Revenue Collection, ADP Payroll, Banking, Credit Card Management, Employee Reimbursement, Financial Audit Coordination, Tax Management (Federal, State, and Sales Tax), Budgets, Financial Projections, and Cash Flow Management. - Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
